i have reset and hard reset my trio mini but its still the same when i turn it off instead of pushing the button it goes strait black when it comes back on its just an android bot standing in the middle of the screen what do i do now

Why is my trio stealth mini so slow? I have attempted to update it but it is so slow that I can’t install an update. PLEASE help me with this issue. I feel like I have wasted my money on this.
