Today I couldn't find my phone, so I decided to use my tag which I carry in my bag to make a noise on my phone

And I found out that it just doesn't work, no signs of working. SmartThings never said that my battery was low(I changed it month ago) and when get onto the app, last time it was connected, battery was fine

I have arthritic hands and the YouTube video (https://youtu.be/eNQNNUCk6GA) they have to open shows you to open it between your palms. I've talked their support staff and they insist that is the way to open it. I asked if their was a tool to open it and they told me no. I even had my next door neighbor who is much younger and stronger couldn't open it. I was wondering if anyone knows another way to open it to get to the battery?

the tracking device have been working well, only that it stopped updating, when i checked it i found that all the fuse are working properly but the board does not powering
