My brakes have no play all of a sudden, very hard to stop even pushing as hard as I can. The blinkers went out at the same time. I've checked fuses and none blown, wipers also just cut out. 95 Toyota 4runner 4x4

2003-2009 Toyota 4Runner: Low pressure light for only the spare comes on after temp drop

Whenever the temperature drops around 20 degrees the low pressure light for the spare tire comes on and the tire needs air. The rest of the tires are fine and remain inflated. I'm not talking about it getting cold (below or near zero) it will happen if it drops fro 60 -40 degrees. Soon as you add air it goes out. I've had the tire removed, rim cleaned and remounted. No change. Any ideas?

My question is about my 2023 4Runner TRD Pro. The USB power ports stoped working and I was wondering if anyone knows where are the fuse located. I know the main fuse box in the engine bay and the one inside the cabin. But, I don't know which is the one. Thanks a bunch.
