<title><![CDATA[Toshiba Excite 7: Is 27D28 the battery charging IC for Toshiba Excite 7 or what is it?]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p>I have the Toshiba excite 7 motherboard and the ic 27D28 is heating when charger is connected. Is this the battery charging IC and if so is there an equivalent because I can't find its datasheet anywhere.</p>
