Tops: How to repair a small hole in capilene polyester t-shirt?

I’ve got a hole in a ‘capilene cool daily’ polyester t shirt, only 1-2mm now but will get bigger. If it was cotton, I’d just darn it with some thread, but the knit of the polyester is so fine and the fabric very thin, I’m worried a needle and thread would damage the shirt further. Any suggestions please?

Tops: Has Anyone Tried to Fix Nylon Netting?

I have a dress that has a hole in the netting. Of Course it is in the front of the garment! I haven’t tried to fix this yet. I figure if I try and fail, that’s it. I was wondering if anyone had success with clear fabric glue? I think maybe I could put a dab on it and manipulate the netting. If I go this route, I need to know a good glue that will dry clear.

Here is a picture of the hole:

Patagonia Sweater: How do I fix a small tear+long run in a capilene 2 baselayer?

The sleeve of my capilene 2 baselayer top has a small tear with a 3 in long run extending from it. I tried seeing if I could use a satin stitch with needle and thread to repair it , but found that trying to repair something on a sleeve as opposed to on the main body (where you have a lot of room to maneuver your hands) too difficult for a newbie. Any tips/recommendations
