TomTom Go 720: How do I replace the battery.

My Go720 is around 3yrs old and does not hold a charge anymore.

How do I take it apart to replace the battery?

There are only two small torqe screws on the back, no more apparent anywhere I can see.

I have previously replace the battery front screen and updated the maps & it was working fine, but for some reason it won't power on. Left it on charge but it seems like the charge may not be registering with inside battery. I can see the green light on but nothing coming on. I left the device working in the glove compartment of my car so not sure what's wrong?

when using the touch screen it activates other areas then the one I press, like it’s not calibrated properly
