TomTom Go 720: How do I replace the battery.

My Go720 is around 3yrs old and does not hold a charge anymore.

How do I take it apart to replace the battery?

There are only two small torqe screws on the back, no more apparent anywhere I can see.

Seems to be problem within the tom tom that the computers do not recognize it. Have had their people remotely work and find all seems to be well in the computer. I am on Windows 10 - also tried it on older "Vista" operating computer and same thing. Is there someone out there (hopefully in central Florida) that has the ability to fix/refurbish the device for me?

Tom tom 910 dose not switch on . Green light comes on when you press start button but goes off when released. Battery full and have tried reset without success.Thanks Mike.

Make sure when buying a memory card that is it compatible with the Go 60s
