Hi,

My TomTom Go 620 Aussie model is about 2 years old and the battery is dead, so therefore I need to replace the battery. I have found the battery replacement video on YT for this model, but it’s the US model which has a couple of screws at the back of the GPS to be screwed out. On my Aussie model, there are no visible screws that I can find anywhere? The only thing I can find is what looks like a pry slot on the bottom of the GPS between the screen and the main body. Any help or ideas would be appreciated?

The clock displays 0.00am, and when you reset it after a few seconds it goes back to 0.00am. Ive done a reset to factory settings but no help…!! Any ideas please?

What must I personally do to get it corrected. Most often, by Software Updates it shuts down and the download is broken for good.

I bought my GPS from the Good Guys just a 1 year ago (11/04/2017).

Purchased a new map through PayPal, through no fault of mine I only glanced & saw it in the Shopping Cart for 10~15 seconds and then it disappeared!

It never went to my desktop or my GPS as it was not plugged in.

Tom tom 910 dose not switch on . Green light comes on when you press start button but goes off when released. Battery full and have tried reset without success.Thanks Mike.

My TomTom Start 25 is stuck in recovery mode. It turns on fine and just spins the rotating gears on the screen. I believe the software is corrupted. Any suggestions?
