Now wanting to use it, put charger on. When fully charges, went to turn on, wouldn't work. When on the charger show fully charged green light, on will not turn on! So wondering what I can do?

When turning on the switch no display, when plugged in the charger, windows display 99+, 0 showing for minus display! I seen no reset button, so I pushed in lightly the on switch. Power switch does not seem to be working!

Please let me know what I can try?
