Ridgid Tile Saw: R4092 smoking when I start it.

I have a r4092 10” wet tile saw. It started smoking the other day during use. Smelled like the motor burning out. Still starts, just sounds loud and smokes. How do i fix this?

The hole in the center of the blade doesn’t seem to fit the the diameter of the blade shaft in the saw.
