Train stopped going forward. Will only go backwards. Son only 11.5months so it's not been roughly used. We are switching it on and off for him. All of a sudden the train will not go forward. Only opened on Xmas day

Do you know the part number for the Motor?

During fault finding I striped the Motor housing apart to check the gears and everything, and managed to snap off one of the contacts on the actual motor.

cant charge the battery as I seem to have a loose conection some where if you wiggle the charger after you plug it in the Thomas train you can here a clicking noise any ideas please.
