Thinkpad P51: I cant remove the keyboard bezel, stuck around the trackpad

i have a p50 2016, i cant remove the keyboard bezel, it’s sticking in the front of the track pad. it looks like a circuit board that lives under the trackpad is connected to the bottom of the bezel so i don’t want to force them apart. i removed all identified screws in the hardware manual. should i force it?

Thinkpad P51: My p51 will not turn on

Will not turn on. Will not charge. Power supply is good. Will not turn on with battery removed, or battery installed. Tried holding down power button.

Red power light does not come on.

Worked perfectly 3 weeks ago.

Thinkpad P51: Would the dc-in cable sold here also be compatible with the P51?

I'm having issues with the AC adapter on my laptop (as described here: https://forums.lenovo.com/t5/ThinkPad-P-..., but I've confirmed the ribbon is fully plugged in and it's still not working), and I think it might make sense to replace the DC-in power cable. There's a DC-in component for sale here (Lenovo ThinkPad P50 DC-IN Cable - DC30100PE00), but that's only listed as being compatible with the P50, not the P51. The part photo looks visually similar to the one from the Lenovo "DC-in Cable Replacement" video here: https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/solutio..., but would it actually be compatible?

Thinkpad P51: Random shutdowns occuring under high load with new ifixit battery

I recently replaced the original battery, which was at around 45% health with a new ifixit battery. The ifixit battery has excellent battery life, however, I've discovered an issue whereby when under a high load when not plugged in, the laptop will randomly shutdown. It does not shutdown gracefully, simply switching to a black screen immediately. I've tested this on a number of relatively resource intensive games, with the same results. This does not occur with the old battery. Lenovo Vantage reports the battery as being in good condition so I'm at a loss as to what is causing this.

Thinkpad P51: random display brighteness problem

Often when booting my Lenovo P51 appears an illumination problem on both lower corners of my display, like the light in these spots not working, after rebooting the display illuminate correctly
