Thermador 272US: This question is for Thermador wall oven MCB265

This wall oven was manufactured circa 1990 and it still works electronically- the problem is solely with the operation of the oven door. The first problem it developed was it does not close all the way - it sticks out from the top about an inch. We were told it was the hinge assembly or the door bracket and the parts are unavailable. Now the door has developed a worse problem: when you open the door it does not stop parallel to the floor - it sinks lower and threatens to fall off entirely!

Is there a way to find out if there are substitute parts that will work to fix this? Thank you!
