Theragun: How do I open the case on the Theragun Elite to access the battery?

Hi everyone, I've come here for some help fixing a Theragun Elite.

To give you the backstory, as this may help out others, I bought this as a gift for my wife, but the device would not take a charge. We returned this to the retailer who exchanged it for another new device, but that had the same fault. Looks like there are hundreds of them with dud batteries.

Having done our research this is a really common fault and we were advised by the manufacturer that it would be best to replace with them directly.

What they did was send us out a brand new unit, directly and asked us to "dispose" of the faulty one. That doesn't seem like the right thing to do, so I wanted to see if I could do a repair on this and then give this to a family member.

However, I can't get much further than this (see pics)

I don't want to wreck the casing any more than I have done already. Any suggestions with annotations and arrows would be very helpful :)

Theragun: if the bottom broken has any replacement?

my center bottom not working so i open the shell and find out the center bottom "swing"

I think that are broken and do ifixit has replace for that?

My theragun mini will not switch on when charged. The power button just has a slow glowing red light. Is it the battery?

Theragun: Lights on but doesn’t work

Theragun: Why are my attachments not fitting on the gun

The little metal balls on the Thera gun where you put the attachments on it were pushed in by one of the attachments and now I cannot use any attachment is there a way I can make the metal balls come out?

Theragun: My removable battery is not snug anymore

my removable battery does not attach snug into the theragun so some positions it turns off because it loses contact.

anyone fix this issue?

Theragun: Tip of Theragun pro broken off

Hello, we have had our Theragun pro for a few years and the welding inside the tip broke off when trying to switch the end adaptor. We have switched between ends multiple times with no problem, and the entire end broke off and is stuck in the removable tip. Any idea if this can be fixed?
