<title><![CDATA[Texas Instruments TI BA II Plus: The exponent button (Yx) on my calculator is acting as an enter button]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p>Hi, when I try to insert something like 500/1.12^3 to have the present value number, the Yx button doesn’t allow me to put number “3” in the formula, rather, it shows the answer of 500/1.12 once I press the Yx button.</p>

<p>Any idea how can I fix this?</p>]]></description>

<title><![CDATA[Texas Instruments TI BA II Plus: cash flow and yearly payement]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p>hello TI guru,</p>

<p>Can TI B II Plus do this:</p>

<p>I have present value $100000</p>

<p>Yearly return = 2%</p>

<p>And at the end of each year I have payement 1% from sum of the end year.</p>

<p>Next year I again 2% return and at the end of year 1% payement from the sum of money.</p>

<p>Can TI calculate how many years I have the money until is gone and what is the sum of yearly payement?</p>]]></description>
