Texas Instruments TI BA II Plus: On finding NPV and pressing CPT button,it automatically switches off.

Whenever I calculated NPV,the calculator switches off itself. And then after 5 min it automatically become rst.

There’s a cover attached to the calculator when it is first opened that is holding the top and bottom ends of the calculator. How do you take off this back cover, which has no screws?

Texas Instruments TI BA II Plus: The exponent button (Yx) on my calculator is acting as an enter button

Hi, when I try to insert something like 500/1.12^3 to have the present value number, the Yx button doesn’t allow me to put number “3” in the formula, rather, it shows the answer of 500/1.12 once I press the Yx button.

Any idea how can I fix this?

hello TI guru,

Can TI B II Plus do this:

I have present value $100000

Yearly return = 2%

And at the end of each year I have payement 1% from sum of the end year.

Next year I again 2% return and at the end of year 1% payement from the sum of money.

Can TI calculate how many years I have the money until is gone and what is the sum of yearly payement?
