all of a sudden, my tecno L8 plus went dark and cant display the operating home screen. it can display power on and off graphics, battery charging graphics but the operating screen wont show. it remains grey. i tried to do rebooting by pressing power off and volume down buttons but didnt work. tried hard resetting but didnt help.

Techno Y3s: Second Sim slot not activate

The Techno Y3s was manufactured by Techno for Safaricom Kenya. It has a second sim slot which you can only see after you remove the back cover. However it is not activated. How can i activate it to use a second sim?
