Technics SL-CH570: No Disc Error Technics SL-CH570

My parents want to listen to their old Christmas songs, but sadly the CD-Player gives a no disc error.

When I insert the disc it doesn't start spinning.

I already took it apart once "had to desolder the motors" made sure everything moved freely and tested both motors with an external power supply. In the video you can see the laser tries to focus and emits light.

I have added a Link to a video of my device and a link to the original service manual.

Someone can help me what steps I should take next?
