Tagital Tablet: Why is my tablet upside down no matter which way I turn it?

No matter how I turn my tablet it's upside down. How do I get it to normal??? When trying to use it, if I want to press say- ok, I would have to click where cancel is bcuz if I press ok the screen shows that cancel was chosen. Please help!!! It's like the functions are messed up.

Every time I turn on my daughters tablet I get a messege that says" unfortunately you tube has stopped" the only thing it will let me do it hit "ok" and then a half a sec later it will pop up again. I can't get it to go away and to top it off. You tube is not even installed on the tablet

Tagital T7X: Why does my son's tablet not work at all?

My son won a Tagital T7X Quad Core tablet for highest sales in school during a fund raiser. After having it for about 30 days, it stopped working.

When we try to update anything, it takes us to the Google Play Store and immediately asks if we want to add a Google account. We already have one and when I enter that information, it shows a pop up that says "there was a problem communicating with Google servers. Try again later". No matter how many times I try, I always get the same response.

I've taken it to my local Sprint in the hopes they could help me. They said there is nothing they can do and said to contact the tablet company.

What can I do? My son worked really hard to get this and I only let him play a couple hours a week.

Help! When I turn on my device, the screen turns on but it doesn’t respond to my touch. I can change the volume using the buttons on the side, so the device isn’t frozen, but I can’t use anything else.

Tagital T10: Optimizing Apps on Android Device

When I turn on device, it goes through the normal procedure, to the point when Android window comes up.. it slowly darkens to light as they do while loading the Apps.. then it goes to a screen that says " Optimizing Apps" . at this point it may start at Opting 1-10.. or 25 -77, or what ever never the same twice... (After many attemps) then it completes and goes back to Android Screen and just sit there.... eventually shutting down.. I have pushed the (reset) button with a paper clip.. it does nothing but start the cycle over..... Any help next to turning this into a Frisbee would be helpful Thanks... Jeff
