Tabby Kidz: My tablet is not charging. How can I fix it?

I have difficulty connecting the tablet to the charger. Even when I insert the charging cable into the port, the tablet does not charge.

Even when I have the tablet turned on, the screen does not show the home page. The screen is just black and makes no welcoming music.

Hello,

Sorry for Device Selection, It was not listed.

I have a Beltrin Yuva+ tablet, borrowed from friend, and it seems that its battery is not working. (works only on Power Adapter).

I need to check the working of battery, but unfortunately I can’t figure out how to open the back cover as no notches can be seen. There are only two screws at bottom, even taking them out, still no luck.

I am attaching images for the same.
