The first is just below the tool bar and the second is almost half way down the screen. I ran the self test for the calculator and confirmed that the lines were missing. Is this a hardware problem or software problem. How can I determine which it is. If it is a software problem will a reset fix it without removing the factory installed programs. But if it is a hardware problem would this be an easy fix.

The enter key worked just fine a little while ago, but after taking it apart and carefully back together, all the other buttons work, just not the enter key. Any ideas on repair? Should I just get another one?
