T004: Why are my wireless headphones not charging?

I have G-Cord AYM T004 and they are flashing red and blue slowly, which I think means it needs to charge, but I had them charging overnight and their normal charging time is 3 hours, they just aren't charging.

I tried anything I could but for some reason whenever I tried anything, but noise still comes from both sides, not only it's embarrassing and unpractical, but it makes annoying echo and make headphones practically useless. I also don't now what firm they are from. It's not the one I choose because there is no even close models

How can I fix my wireless headphones because they are not charging which is a best method way to reset it so it can be charging again. Please recommend me a way which will help reset it and it will keep on working the real way it used to before it.

hey bro I have austrum wireless headphones. its charging the first I had it, but on my way back home it couldn't be charged. idk what happened. can u tell me? its aastrum wiresless sport headphones.
