I have tried charging it several times and have even tried the reset button, but it will not come on. It was working fine, then I started downloading some more music when it shut off and would not turn back on. My laptop recognizes that it is pluged up. I only have a USB cable to charge it and I have even tried three different USB ports on my laptop. What is the cause and fix for this problem?
