Unit will run about 3 seconds, then stop.

Then will try again after about 5 minutes.

Any suggestions?

I just replaced my cell on a ASTRAL POOL VX Salt Chlorinator, Model #VX7S. It's a 7 Series cell(7 fins). With a $500+ price & then add shipping & tax, I'd like to see if I can repair the current cell. The middle fin is deteriorating from one end. I can email pics if needed.
