Swagtron T3: Won't power on and charger light goes out when plugged in

This is a T6 Swagtron hover board.

It just stopped working while in use. I thought it was a loose wire, since it happened after someone hit something and fell off.

The battery was fully charged before it happened. Now, it won't power on at all. When it is plugged into the charger, the green light on the charger goes off. If I plug in the charger without plugging in the board, the green light on the charger is on. Then when I plug it into the board, I hear a pop sound and the charger light goes off. I'm thinking it is some type of short. Do you think it needs a new circuit board? Is there a way to test?

bought a T3 for Christmas and it turns on, but won't stay on if you take your finger off power button. Any easy way to fix? Paid a lot for it to not work after 4 months.

My swagtron t3 won’t turn on. I plug the charger in and the light in the charger stays green. I can turn the hover board on unless it’s in the charger. When it does come on only three blue lights turn on. You put your hands on the pads and it makes a beeping noise. Help please.

The Swagtron t3 turns faster clockwise than counter clockwise. It always turns slower right even if I step on the hoverboard on both sides. I have already tried calibrating it.
