I have reset the tablet to remove my files not I would like to reset it back to the factory settings. How can I do that? I have tried but was unsuccessful. It told me it could not be done

I put a child lock password n know I don't remember it. I am turning off the tablet by then holding the power off option then is asks about safe mode I say yes . It then says shutting down but when it restarts it is still locked

SuperSonic Matrix Mid SC-999: Why can't I connect to Wifi?

I've been trying to find ways to connect to Wi-Fi on this tablet for the last hour every time I connect it either says connected, no internet or it says no internet access detected, won't automatically reconnect. I have also done a network settings reset and it still won't work what can I do? My other wifi-connected items are working on Wi-Fi so I don't see what the problem is. This is for another person who needs this for work helping medically needy people.

Supersonic Tablet: My tablet stopped working after a reset error.

I tried to reset my tablet, it went to a blue screen with an error saying that there was a problem so I hit the cancel option, and now when I turn on the tablet I just get an empty screen. It won't respond to any button commands. Is there any way to fix this?
