Super Nintendo Classic Edition: How do I take my Super Mini SN-02 apart?

Note: The device listed is a Super Nintendo Classic Edition. This is not the device I have. It was simply the device that was most similar to my Super Mini SN-02.

When I began using this console, I immediately realized that the games on it were for the NES, not the SNES. I tried to add the games I wanted onto it, but my computer couldn't detect the device. I saw online that the motherboard has a microSD card for storage, but I can't figure out how to access it. How do I open it up?

Super Nintendo Classic Edition: Why won't my DK Country 3 display video?

I have a working original SNES and I use it fairly regularly. I have a DK 3 cartridge that was working for a while but recently started to fail. It starts up and plays the intro audio but won't display a picture. I have tried cleaning the pins and all the regular methods. The reason I don't believe this is just a faulty cartridge is that I borrowed the same game from a friend (he does not use the game) and it has the exact same error. Other games like Mortal Kombat 3 and DK1 and 2 work fine still.

Someone help!
