SuperSonic Matrix Mid SC-999: Why can't I connect to Wifi?

I've been trying to find ways to connect to Wi-Fi on this tablet for the last hour every time I connect it either says connected, no internet or it says no internet access detected, won't automatically reconnect. I have also done a network settings reset and it still won't work what can I do? My other wifi-connected items are working on Wi-Fi so I don't see what the problem is. This is for another person who needs this for work helping medically needy people.

my 9'' tablet was on the floor and i was walking and i stepped on it it was a little crack but the part where the cracked part was was unresponsive and then when i picked it up it made a long cracked now the whole screen doesnt work and i dont feel like buying a digitizer and all that stuff please help me

I have Supersonic Matrix SC-999 tablet. I think there is something with internal memory. I can't add apps because the internal storage total space shows 0.99GB and available space of 95.52 MG. The only app in it is Google play services and Google play store. I use to have Facebook in it and but I have to move it to SD.

The unit on the back says it has 8GB. Is there something wrong with unit? When I first got it I was able to install lots of Apps including games and XMBC. Now I get memory error when I try to install app. How I fre up internal memory?

Ok, my supersonic matrix sc999bt has recently started going from normal to showing a red a white screen( you can still see the icons, but it is in red and white) So i was wondering if anyone here knew how to fix it.
