trying everything to see about getting it up.by holding both buttons down then up on the driver's door control, then doing the same with the passenger door with no luck trying do the same thing.

before i purchase new parts i want to know if its the part i need. i have been having very bad gas milage and a drag and verring to side randomly. and if it is the axl do i need other things when replacing it as well ? is replacing just one ok?
