Stick Vacuum: I have an Electrolux Ergorapido that won't charge

my Electrolux ergorapido was working brilliantly but the last time I put it back on charge, it flashes red as it's supposed to while charging, but never gets to green (charged). It won't turn on at all so there's no charge in it at all. Any ideas?

Once plugged in, red light blinks, low volume sound rings. It doesn't charge at all and its a brand new vacuum cleaner. It doesn't turn on either.

I have a Electrolux hygienic 600, its product information is:

model number: ES62HB25SH

serial number: 23200734

type: PAFL252L25BCP

pnc: 900402092

The plastic fan in the motor have gotten destroyed into pieces. I have been in contact with electrolux support, though they do not have a replacment for that plastic fans. Only the whole motor, so now i am here asking for assistance to find the plastic fan piece. So that i can replace it.

My vacuum is charged and cleared/cleaned of any debris but when I try to use it the light turns off and the spinning element stops spinning within seconds. It is still “suctioning” but the element and light stop.
