SteelSeries Arctis Pro Plus GameDAC: Gamedac display only showing "steelseries" not starting

Hi there,

i bought a used Gamedac. After connecting to PC the display only shows “steelseries” Pushing and holding/twisting the mainknob doesnt do anything. Win 10 recognizes a “Gamedac chat”, as far as i know there also must be a “Gamedac game”. Stelseries software doesnt detect it. But there is sound outpout, sounds great but nothing to edit at the dac :( Is there a way to fix it, reboot / hardreset or smth? Any help is much appreciated. TIA back

I have let my headset drop a few times and now the headset cone is broken. The audio works fine but I can not put it on normally because the headset is broken. I do not know how to fix the cone can someone give me some advice?

I have uploaded 2 photos one of which is where it's broken and one where I made it what it should look like. I have already contacted Steelseries and they could not help.

SteelSeries Arctis Pro Plus GameDAC: My headset isn't playing sound when connected to the pc via GameDAC

Hi, when I connect my Arctis Nova Pro wired to my PC directly via the headphone jack, it works great. However, when I try to use the GameDAC with my PC, I can't hear anything at all. Everything in my sound menus has been cranked up to the maximum, and yet still, nothing.

I've tried changing the ports on my pc and yet still nothing, same goes for installing the SteelSeries engine and finicking with the settings over there. The GameDAC can change the settings on the headset; however, I believe it must be a setting that I have forgotten to turn on.

FYI, I received this headset today, it's brand new out of the box.
