Sphero BB-8: Sphero BB-8 with new batteries won’t charge.

I replaced the batteries with new ones, but they still won’t hold a charge. Does anyone have a schematic or have other ideas what might be wrong and how to fix it?

Sphero BB-8: BB-8 is not moving forward

It got dropped on the ground from a feet and a half then it starts to have problem.

I ‘ve confirm one of the wheel is not moving, that’s why it was turning instead of moving forward. I would love to know how to repair it. A teardown would be nice.

the head moves and the lower body rotates when I select various options like yes or no in the app

but the robot doesn’t changes its position even when I give instructions to go ahead or back from app
