Electric Heater

How to use electric heater elements separately

I removed one of the elements from the heater and want to use the element separately. How do I do that?

I have used for years the fellowes footrest heater. The other day, it overheated and the inline fuse "burnt". It must be a one-time fuse because even after cooling down, it doesn't release warm air, but it does "heatless" air.

I checked the heater element. I do not see anything burnt.

One of the thermal fusers looks a little bit dark. Here are some pictures:

I do not have any DMM. Is it needed to continue with the repair?

I few years ago I was given this tabletop heater, and I never had the opportunity to tested until now. You can synchronise the heater with your phone and other devices. No problem with that. It turns on and off but, the air that is coming out from the heater is actually cool air. I tried everything including turning on and off, resetting the device and deleting the app.

it seems to me this is an issues that I may involves the thermostat.

Any thoughts on how I can fix it?

I can see the light is on but it is not very bright in comparison to my other eden pure heater. Is this a bulb issue? I am extremely handy but before opening the box I am looking for knowledge. The unit was manufactured in 0907.

I have a Rowenta Model SO6215F0 and it has a weird problem.the fan does not turn on when in silent mode while the heating coil turns on. Both the coil and fan work on Max mode so i am not sure what is wrong in silent mode.If anyone knows how to fix the problem please leave your suggestion.

My DeLonghi Bend Line HFX65V20 stopped responding. I took it apart. There is a component that catches my attention, I do not know what it is or if what it has on the outside is normal or it has melted. I need help. I leave you photos so you can study it .

At first glance I cannot identify problems here. The bz1 was my hope, because I do not have the expertise to discover the problem myself if it is a component that externally seems good.

Hello everyone,

I was about to ressemble the Heater and I notices that the board makes a little sound when shaken. After touching, shaking, close-hearing and think it comes from inside the TOS1 (RBS31) the black box near the BZ1 boozer.

Is it a transitor? (for me to know first)

Is it suppose to have a loose piece inside?

Is it possible to be the cause for the whole board not to function?

Is it possible to verify/change this little box?

Or maybe avoid the whole board and make the heater work directly? (I doubt it but ask anyway)

What is the specification of the that metal part the plastic knob fit on? Is metric? Is it easy to ask for it at a department store?

Here is what happened to the knob. It broke over time.

Here is the company, model, and item number. Is there an easy way to find a manual for this space heater.

measures 119.8v ac on both sides.....

comes off of the board here:

its normal path from pcb ... usually mounted behind the fan....
