Soundcore Liberty 4 NC: Earbud Shuts Down After 5-10 Mins (Post-Drop Damage)

Good evening,

My problem with these earbuds is that when I use them, after about 5–10 minutes, one earbud(left side) completely shuts down and stops working. It only returns to its working state after a few minutes of being left in the charging case.

This malfunction occurred because the earbud fell out of my ear onto a ceramic tile floor.

Could you please help me figure out the exact nature of the damage and how I can go about fixing it?
