SoundBot SB571: Why is there static noise?

There is a horrible static sound whenever I turn my speaker on. No matter the volume, high or low, I can’t hear the music over the static sound. Do the speakers need replacing, or could something else be causing the unwanted static?

My SoundBot will be in the middle of a song and will spontaneously turn off without anyone touching it. I am charging it regularly but this problem still persists. I thought the problem might be a faulty USB cable. So, I connected the USB cable with a different device but the device works and charges fine. If the USB cable is not faulty, then what’s the problem?

My charging socket in Bluetooth speaker go into the speaker I opened it up and find it inside the connection b/w them are non soldered now .I don't think I could re solder it it is very small so I should change the whole chip should anybody have anyother idea

It shows the red led when its charging but whenever i try to turn it on, it doesnt come on and i tried different chargers and that didnt work. Please help, i really like this speaker.

I was using this, and after pulling out an aux cord, the 3.5mm jack popped off of the board. It is an SMD component, how can I fix this?

My phone can connect, and will work well, but when I connect my tablet, the music won’t play. I don’t know if the speaker is only capable of connecting to one device, or if I’m not connecting the tablet correctly.

SoundBot SB571: Why does my SoundBot make a static noise ONLY when I charge it?

When it is not charging it is fine, perfect audio. When I am using it while it charges or it is just on while charging, it makes this static or humming noise, not loud enough to go over my other audio but its there and gets really annoying when I have no other sound to over lap it.

I can see on my android turbo that it is connected because when I push the forward or reverse on the soundbot it jumps to or goes back to songs but I have no sound.
