my a7iii is show that I should camera on and off. it seems like the shutter may be getting stuck open. It will take photos occasionally if I push down on the shutter button after I turn it on and off. what can I do to solve this problem? also if I gently shake the camera a bit it feels like the whole inside of camera is moving around

I purchased the Sony a7 iii in Japan.

Unable to change the language to English as the option is not present.

Used some online ideas
