My Sony A7S Back dial is loose doesn't feel the "steps" that have the front Dial.

If I push down it, I can feel some steps and some control

Could you help me to fix it?

I bought a A7 for a very (very) good price but the low pass filter has been a little bit scratched ! (i knew it before buy it of course)

Is the A7 low pass filter easy to change? I found the piece on ebay, but i don't want to make a mistake.

I am a french cad designer, and i may have some knowledge witch can help i hope?

I can't found a user manuel or drawing for opening this camera..

Is it possible to upgrade an A7r3 to an A7r3A LCD screen (better resolution).

In that case... I'd love to change mine... But I'm unsure if other electronics were changed, other than the display...

I purchased sony alpha 7 iv in United States and nees Ukranian language option. I called Sony and they told me that I can get Ukranian language if I had purchased in Europe. Is there a way to download this language to my camera in United States?

Sony a7: Camera unresponsive after failed firmware update

Hi,

I tried to update to a newer firmware version, when my screen went blank. The only sign of life is the red light indicator which is still glowing red.

The message i got on my computer is that "the firmware data is corrupted" and "the update process is aborted".

Even after trying the update again, no results.

Any idea if there is hope for my device?

Hi. I've been browsing “for parts/repair” on eBay recently have come across a few a7r's (original) that all have the same symptoms- the display and viewfinder are both blacked out, but the camera still works. I couldn't find any information on this issue as it's been a bit since it was released so it's been covered over by issues with newer models. Has anybody else had this issue or know of it?

Sony a7: Why is my shutter release button stuck?

My shutter release button seems stuck. Whenever I switch the camera on it automatically takes a picture and then I am not able to take any more pictures or navigate to the menu. It appears the button is permanently in the depressed position.
