Whenever I charge fully charge my Sony xperia ZL, the battery seems to run low very fast. I go on the phone for about 15 minutes and the battery goes from 100% to 30%. Plaease help!

hello everyone !!

my Sony Xperia ZL (C6503) is completely discharged after sudden on/off (15-20 times) causes by software issue and after that i plug into charger but there is no charge or even notification led turn on look like a dead phone

even i try press volume + key and power key holding method but it was not help.

please give me some suggestions.
