Sony Xperia logo comes on the screen when I power on the device, but then after that the screen is just blank. I don't know if I have to update the software but I have text messages and videos I want from the phone and do not want to factory reset anything as it will delete the data, I think it's just a firmware issue?

I have tried to repairing the software using Sony Companion but I couldn't proceed for 'Next' in the first option. And putting tick mark on 'My device cannot be started or detected', it completes the installation but same problem.

My phone is switched off at this moment , when I plug in charger it's showing red LED as the mark of charging but when I try to switch on its just displaying Sony logo and vanishing, and after removing from battery even charging for 2-3 hours when I tried to switch it on showed 3 blinking indications of red LED as the mark or battery dead. It's motherboard issue I guess where I can buy new motherboard online as Sony service centre wil charge an appreciable amount for this..

I forgot to mention I have got my charging port changed and still it is showing the same issue.

I was wondering about how safe is it to use a smd remork station that has a hot air gun to heat the back cover of phones for lcd replacements repairs?

I have the baku 702b, the minimum temperature is 150c. The air feels hot, and my hand can bear for about 7 seconds at a 10 cm distance.

How about glass only repairs with this gun, would it be too dangerous to use it?

after reparing of my mobile , it doesn't respond to battery charging if the mobile is opened or has any power of battery but it respond to charge when the battery become zero and mobile is shut down ... what is the problem ?!

By misstake, i connected my phones mobile charger for only 12 V, to a 24V supply in a truck. My Xperia Z died instantly. Totally dead. I have another Xperia Z with broken display that i can take spareparts from. Is there a main fuse that can be replaced ? I probably putted in about 10 - 18 Volt into the mini usb instead of 5. Or is the motherboard blown...?

Hi,

I had a battery and ear speaker problem on my Xperia Z. I ordered the spare part and change them this morning. Everything went fine. The battery was a bit hard to take out.

I reassembled everything, boot and.. no screen Backlight is ok. I can hear the boot noise, but nothing no touch, no screen !

I try to reset, repair with Bridge on mac. Bridge said everything went fine but... no screen.

Any idea what's wrong ? A problem with the screen flex cable?

I was playing nfs no limits game on my xperia z c6602

It suddenly freezed and display gone off, when i tried to reboot the device

Holding power button , it doesnt boot

After learning few methods on internet

I tried to press power button + volume up button

Phone vibrated after holding those keys for 5 seconds it vibrated 3 more time

Button nthing came on the screen

Battery was 70% charged when i was playing

I tried to connet usb charger

Then it showed red notification light, i thought i was charging but

When i removed the charger notification light didnt turn off after hours off try nothing came to the screen

I replaced the screen on my Sony Xperia Ultra and it lights up and looks good but, says "no service" and it will " not swipe and unlock". I cannot seem to get he one end of the antenna wire hooked in properly and me need to buy a new wire but, I think the screen should at least unlock.

Hi all,

I root Xperia Z2 6502 , then message appears telling me to update system, after updating , it shutdown and can't turn on again (when pressing power button nothing happened, and the same when pressing power button with volume up or down).
