I'm trying to download some apps from play store. Even with an app that has little memory, my phone flags up saying device has insufficient space, delete some apps. The problem is I have no apps installed apart from standard factory installed apps which cannot be removed. I have a 64GB memory card installed but I still cannot store or download any apps. What can I do to resolve this?
