Sony Xperia M2: The phone doesn't prompt for "Network unlock code"

Simply i am stuck!

A couple of services for unlocking locked devices rejected me because my device doesn't prompt for unlock code.

When i insert non supported sim card the device reboots and that's it, no prompt for entering unlock code, nor when i inserted another sim.

I tried with force USSD code to show me the unlock menu but that doesn't work either.

Sony Xperia M2: Broken Screen - LCD working fine

I saw a fix it guide on here to replace the screen and LCD - but some of the information was a bit advanced for me. I am very worried I will break something - as I just don't know how to disconnect the different things. It would be handy to have a few more pictures showing the disconnections and any areas that may be damaged easily - so that I know exactly what to do! The phone shop said that it is very difficult removing the screen glass without breaking the digitizer and the LCD.

Sony Xperia M2: Phone turns on and off by itself constantly

My Xperia M2, out of nowhere, started to do this. The Xperia screen that pops up when you turn the device opn appears, then it shuts itself down; Repeat.

I tried waiting for the battery to run out. The phone slightly overheated, then I charged it again and the moment it had a little charge, it started doing this again. The On/Off button isn't stuck or anything alike.

Sony Xperia M2: After a shock , loud speaker and viberation motors are half working

After a shock , loud speaker and viberation motors are half working

After a sock the the vibration motor stopped, and it works for a small time after clicking with my fingers on the mobile and then it stops until i click again.

and the loud speaker is working but it's volume is too much low, i think one of the channels ( right or left) have just stopped working.

can it be repaired without replacing the motor/speaker ? (for example , the sock made the connectors of the motor disconnect , so reconnect them again... )
