I'm trying to figure out which chipset is used by sony walkman. specifically model E-436F, E-438F, X1051, or X1061.

I belive that all four of them are using same chipset.

I want to know if it's from telechips or TI, freescale whatever it is.

It would be great if some one can help me with this.

But if that doesn't work is there a way to pull the data straight from the memory?
