I first deleted some of the music on it, and added my own. It proceeded to LOSE all of the music. I factory reset it, reformatted it, and now I can only add about about 7.8 GB of music. It's a 16 GB device, which means it has 14.7 GB of available space. I've reset it 3 times, and run into the same problem each time. Can I fix it somehow?
