Sony WH-CH520: Is the headphone battery replaceable?

I read that the headphones are closed. Does this mean the battery is not accessible for replacement once the battery has reached the end of it's rechargeable life?

Sony WH-CH520: Damaged speaker driver and replacement

Hi, the left speaker on this wireless headphone stopped working a while ago and I decided to take a look at it now. Opened it up and there was no broken wires or anything. Tested the continuity and it was fine.

Then I checked the resistance and one of them showed around 22 ohms while the dead one was at 1000+ ohms. Which makes me believe the speaker itself is the issue. Note: I didn't disconnect the wires from the speakers when testing.

Is it possible to fix it? Can I replace it with speakers from an old headphone? Would I have to replace both? If I decide to buy a replacement, would it have to be the same impedance?

Thanks in advance
