Sony WF-1000XM3: Why is one earbud quieter than the other?

The right earbud of my sony WF-1000XM3'S is drastically quieter than the left one, it kinda sounds like it is stuck in ambient sound mode. I have tried initialising/resetting the headset but it does not appear to improve the situation, any advice would be much appreciated!

Sony WF-1000XM3: Right Ear bud not working

The charging box always shows red charging indicator. The left bud is fully charged, but the right bud has been off for 2 days, and it doesn't power on and probably not recharging. I've been using this product for 1 year and 4 months now. Is this problem fixable?

Sony WF-1000XM3: Right Earbud Occasionally Charges & Ghost Bluetooth Pairing

The right earbud of my sony WF-1000XM3's sometimes doesn't charge. I've cleaned it consistantly. When I put it into the case and the light on the earbud goes red which I assume means it was detected but the light on the case doesn't turn on. Bearing in mind that the left one works fine and consistantly charges.

Something else that might be connected is, the WF-1000XM3's randomly connect to my phone even if they're in it's case.

Sony WF-1000XM3: What glue can I use for the battery?

Hi,

I followed this tutorial: https://ifixit.com/Tutoriel/Sony+WF-1000...

I broke the glue when I tried to move it on the new battery. I tried to finalize the battery replacment without glue, but the headphone is not working. I think the contact between the battery and the metalic part is not good without glue.

Any idea what kind of glue I can use and where I can buy it?

Thanks in advance

Best regards,

Maxime

Sony WF-1000XM3: I replaced the batteries buy the left one is not working

I replaced the batteries and both earbuds apparently charge right (red light on when I put them in the case).
Once I take them off, the right one works but the left one will make no sounds. I tried to factory reset them but it didn't work. They won't enter pairing mode not when I take them out of the case neither when I try to enter pairing mode manually.

Updated: I solved it by plugging the case to a USB-C cable, putting the earbuds in the case, waiting a little and then removing them from the case.

Sony WF-1000XM3: How to replace battery

My left earbud can rick-roll me for about half an hour and then it would die. I'm about to replace the battery, but I'm in China and I can't watch the YouTube video in the guide. I tried to do it without a guide, but there seems to be a screw holding the earbud together. Can anyone tell me how to open it up and replace the battery please?
