Sony Vaio SVT131A11L Repair: It just displays the BIOS and does not boot.

Upon powering on, the logo shows up and then will display the BIOS. I can see the System time and date is correct. When I restart the same thing happens. Anyone who has any idea about this problem?

Long story short, my webcam is broken and I’d like to replace it. Is that possible?

If so- what laptop webcam parts are compatible with this laptop? I feel the need to note that I’ve never opened my laptop before, so this will be my first venture into fixing it. Any amount of detail or information about fixing this webcam issue is appreciated.

Hello, my computer has been sitting here for a while, like 2 or 3 years, I left it stored, because the last time I turned it on, it had a black screen, with nothing, but the lights indicated that it had turned on, none appeared right away, it turned on straight away, I think there is a problem with the monitor.
