I been worried about the controllers battery degradation causing at some point the already pretty abysmal battery life of the controller to get to an unacceptable point, is it possible to find replacement batteries for the controller and change it?

I dropped my controller and that was enough to destroy my joystick, now it has a severe drift to the right, which makes everything unplayable. So I oppened it and found that the joystick might be changed without welding it. So, are here generic pieces which I can buy? Thanks!

PlayStation VR2: My R1 button is no longer clicky, not registering

Long story, but I had to get into the right Sense controller, to fix drift. The drift has been fixed, but I must've put it back together wrong, as the R1 button no longer works. It's also not as clicky as L1.

I took it back apart, and from what I can tell, mine looks the same as the teardown videos. The only thing I can maybe think of, is the spring got slightly damaged? I don't know, it looks fine, maybe a little bit stretched in the final "coil' of it. Is there something else that could be causing the lack of click? I can't find the exact spring size, so I'm unable to get a new one to try it. If anyone has any insight, it would be super appreciated!

Hello,

I am trying to fix my psvr2 headset, one of the lenses seems to be damaged (it's displaying several lines with different colours)

I was searching for psvr2 lense bar or even an optical lenses to replace the damaged one, but could never find a result.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, and any links to the specific lense or lense bar of a psvr2 would be excellent!

I have been searching every where Amazon, eBay, Google and cannot find a replacement analog module for the right PlayStation VR2 sense controller the closest I found is the one that fits the quest but I'm not sure about the size and I don't think that the ribbon would line up. does anyone know where I can get one ?

I have repaired the original and is working for now but I don't expect it to last long the prongs for the housing snapped so it's being held together with clear fingernail polish at the moment apparently PlayStation cheaped out these are horrible joysticks

I just received my mocopi today and one random sensor (it changes) will disconnect after a few min of tracking and cause the tracking to no longer work unless I reconnect again and calibrate. How can I fix this.

Hi there, does anybody have a solution better than Sony's £175 repair fee?? I've only used the item a couple of times but the warranty does not cover accidental damage. Am devastated! Do I really need to buy a new one?? The cable is attached to the Headset which I think is the main issue. Can it still not be re wired??

PlayStation VR2: Can you use Polywatch Plastic to fix Lense Scratches?

Curious as a glasses user because it is bound to happen eventually that the lenses get a scratch on them on accident.

In the past, none of these scratches are very deep but I'm curious because I've heard for other headsets you could use it to remove minor scratches like those that might occur from glasses scratching against the lenses.

I just opened it from the box and followed the instructions. Only when it says to follow in screen instructions nothing happens. Any ideas as to how to fix this?

My psvr headset, out of the box, had a pretty nasty scuff on the right lens.

This has been hindering my gameplay ability due to it messing with my eyes and distracting me at those critical moments...

Hi,

My PSVR has recently been diconnecting fewquently, mostyl when putting the headset on/off.

I've narrowed it down to the piece of cacle that comes from the headset itself, about 3-6inch along from where it enters the headset.

Any thoughts or ideas how to fix or replace this? I wish Sony made plug in cables to the head set as opposed to a sealed unit ;(

My headset has been working fine up until now. It works with little to no problems and I thought since it’s gotten so old (it’s the first PS4 version) it would run into them eventually. But, this time it just won’t turn on at all. The PS4 knows it’s connected but it won’t turn on. I’ve tried plugging it in and out again and checked the cables (we use some of the cables for other things) so I know they work by themselves. Is there anything else I could do? Thanks.

I just want to ask if Is it safe to plug my psvr its indicate a 7A 125V power cable to a 220V socket? The AC adapter can accept 100-240V, and 50-60Hz so I am kind of worried about the power cable itself that is only rated for 7A 125V.because i bought it in Japan and the volt in the Philippines is 220v .so if its safe to directly plug? I hope anyone can solve it ??

Hi, my PSVR suddenly started to display (mostly) garbage on the right eye.

I took it apart, and this is what the PSVR screen looks like:

Interestingly, this started happening right after PSVR firmware upgrade, maybe a month ago. Does anyone have similar issues? How to go about fixing this?
