Sony Stereo Cassette-Corder CFS-930: Slow play back on mixtapes

Hi, I recently recorded a few tapes on a deck that I have, but when I play them back on my cfs 930 they are slowed down. I tried out a tape produced by a record label and it plays back at the correct speed. I can’t seem to find a solution, any recommendations would be appreciated.

I have no idea what its called but the piece popped off I managed to find the spring and top piece but the middle portion is gone and I want to know if its replaceable and what its even called. it plays them but when you take it out the tape film stuff comes out of the cassette. also I know its not the same device I couldn’t find mine on the site.

When I insert my cassette all the mechanics seem to work but no music is coming threw the speakers. Do you know why this is happening?
