Good afternoon!

My device keeps turning on (when disconected or conected to the power source).

When I turn it off, it turns on again automatically few seconds or minutes later.

I have seen some people with this problem, but I didn`t see any solution to it.

-> It keeps turning on even when it`s not conected to any bluetooth device;

Sony SRS-X55: Why is the sound skipping on my speakers?

Hi!

I've had my SRS-X55 for about four months now and it's been working like a dream. But in the last few weeks, when it's connected to my Macbook via Bluetooth, I've been having a problem where the sound skips/cuts out for a second about once every four to five seconds.

The sound is fine when I connect the speakers to my phone and the problem doesn't seem to be associated with just one program either.

I've tried unpairing and reconnecting, as well as a soft reset of my speaker. Is there anything else I can do?

Thanks!

Sony SRS-X55: I need help with an issue.

Hello!

I have a Sony SRS-X55 Bluetooth Speaker that is with an issue, which I am trying to solve. However I will describe the issue below.

I spilled water on my speaker’s power button and call button and after this incident the speaker did not turn on anymore;

I tried resetting and charging my speaker multiple times. Therefore both actions did not work. The speaker does not turn on nor it keeps the charging light on while it is plugged in the power outlet of the wall like it use to before the incident.

The battery was still good in my opinion despite never being changed before, because I rarely used this speaker and it was fully functional holding a charge earlier this year until recently when I spilled water on the speaker's power button and call button.

My questions are as follows:

1) How do I solve this problem?

2) Which part could be the faulty one which needs to be replaced more likely?

Looking forward to someone's help.

Sincerely,

Jorge Nicholas.

Sony SRS-X55: Replace a broken sub-woofer of Sony SRS x55

I got a problem with the Sub-woofer of my speaker Sony SRS x55. When a bass is high, the sound was cracked and I’m planning to replace this sub-woofer by a new one. I was finding somewhere I can buy the new sub-woofer in the internet but I did not find yet. Do some one know where can I buy it? Or what sub-woofer I could use instead of the original sub-woofer? Thanks!
