Sony SRS-BTX500: Why any button is working?

Any button on this device, just power works and volume is set in 50%. No reaction when pressing the volume, phone, bluetooth, sound nor audio. No idea why

I already turn it off and on, reset, charge it and clean it.

Please help

Sony SRS-BTX500: sometimes the battery doesn't work

Sometimes when the device is only getting its power by its battery, i cannot turn it on. I have to unscrew the device, disrupt the battery cable for a moment and the i put it all together again. A few weeks later the same problem happens again, and then again…

There is no loose connection and the battery is working also very well. Play time over 5hours when fully charged. Anybody having the same trouble?
